It is the end of September today and there is only 25 days before the Barangay and SK elections. Starting tomorrow, October 1, interested parties can file their COCs or certificates of candidacy to their respective Comelec offices.
The filing of COCs is from October 1 to 13, 2010 per schedule of Comelec. As posted in my previous post, you can get a copy of the COC at the official website of Comelec.
