It was the first day of filing of COCs. The overall observation in Comelec Offices is that it is as if nothing has happened. I guess it is because Filipinos are fond of doing things during the last minute when we are already scramming to beat the deadline. I hope it will busier tomorrow with candidates starting to file their intent to serve the nation.
