It is 26 days from October 25 and candidates for the Sk and Barangay Elections are now busily preparing for the much anticipated filing of candidacy starting October 1, 2010. Observing from the streets, I see prospective candidates inviting other potential candidates to join the non partisan elections.
If you are interested with the forms for the Certificate of Candidacy, you do not need to go to the local COMELEC office to get the form because these COC forms are now available online. This is a great feature of the official website of the COMELEC.
